Well Cottage is a 200 year old cottage which has been extended to provide comfortable Bed and Breakfast accommodation with all the latest facilities including en suite shower rooms with power showers and LCD televisions. If you need to stay in contact via the internet we provide free superfast Wifi access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have flat access and a downstairs bedroom with an ensuite wet room which is ideal for those with limited mobility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Well Cottage is in the village of Ewen, just 3 miles from the Roman town of Cirencester, the capital of the Cotswolds. We are within easy access of the M4 and M5 and just 1 mile from Kemble main line railway station. Cheltenham is 20 miles away, Bath 30 miles, Oxford 40 miles and Swindon 15 miles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Well Cottage is on the Thames Path only 2 miles from the river’s source and on the edge of the Cotswold Lakes which offers the opportunity to fish, sail, swim and enjoy beautiful walks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Equestrian pursuits are well catered for in the area. The famous three day event at Badminton is close by and Polo is played regularly throughout the summer at Cirencester Park and the Beaufort Polo Club at Westonbirt. National Hunt Racing at Cheltenham and Newbury and Flat Racing at Bath are within easy reach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are close to the Royal International Air Tattoo at Fairford which is the world’s largest military airshow and close to Cotswold Airport at Kemble which is available for private and commercial use and for flying lessons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are 18 hole golf courses at Cirencester, Minchinhampton and South Cerney as well as a 9 hole course at Oaksey. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For Lunch and Evening meals we are within 10 minutes driving of The Potting Shed at Crudwell, The Bell at Sapperton, The Bakers Arms at Somerford Keynes, Trouble House near Tetbury and many other excellent pubs and restaurants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Well Cottage has off road parking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are sorry but we do not accommodate pets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are sorry but we do not have facilities for charging electric cars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An online browser<\/a> is available which shows some of the many attractions available in the Cotswolds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
