Pets
We cannot accommodate pets or animals except assistance dogs
Children
We are sorry but we do not normally accommodate children under 10.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is between 4:30pm and 9:00pm on the day of arrival
Check-out is before 10:30am on the day of departure
However, if you wish to arrive or depart outside these times please let us know and we may be able to meet your needs.
We may not be able to check you in if you arrive before the agreed time without prior notice
Deposits
We require a deposit of the first night’s accommodation in order to guarantee your booking
Without a deposit we cannot guarantee the availability of a room unless otherwise notified
Payments
Payments may be made by cash, credit / debit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) or Paypal
Cancellations
Please note that by making your booking our agreement is a legal contract
Bookings may be cancelled up to 1 week before 21:00 on the day of check-in free of charge
Bookings cancelled less that 1 week before 21:00 on the day of check-in will incur a charge of 100% of the booking total
We will only cancel your booking if the accommodation is unavailable for reasons beyond our control and we will then refund all monies paid by you for the booking. Our liability will not extend beyond this refund
We suggest that you obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover the forfeit of your deposit and cancellation charges if you have to cancel your booking due to unexpected circumstances
