We now only accept bookings for 2 or more nights

All prices are per room and include Full English breakfast 

If you have any special requirements please advise us when booking.

Terms and Conditions

Booking

In order to check room availability please telephone us, email us or visit our online booking page.

Please note that currently we are only taking bookings for 2 nights or more.

Pets

We cannot accommodate pets or animals except assistance dogs.

Children

We do not normally accept children under 10, but please contact us if you wish to bring them and we may be able to accommodate them.

Check-in and Check-out times

Check-in is between 4:30pm and 9:00pm on the day of arrival. 

Check-out before 10:30am on the day of departure.

However, if you wish to arrive or depart outside these times please let us know and we will try to meet your needs.

We may not be able to accommodate you if you arrive before the agreed time without prior notice as we may be busy preparing the rooms. 

Deposits

We require a deposit of the first night's accommodation in order to guarantee your booking.

Without a deposit we cannot guarantee the availability of a room unless otherwise notified.  

Payments

Payments may be made by cash, credit/debit card (Mastercard, Visa or American Express) or PayPal.

I am sorry but we do not accept cheques.

Cancellations

Please note that by making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract.

Bookings may be cancelled up to 1 week before 21:00 on the day of check-in free of charge

Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before 21:00 on the day of check-in will incur a charge of 100% of the booking total.

We will only cancel your booking if the accommodation is unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We will, however, attempt to offer you alternative accommodation. If this is not possible, or not acceptable to you, then we will refund all monies paid by you for the booking. Our liability will not extend beyond this refund.

We suggest that you obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover the forfeit of your deposit if you have to cancel your booking due to unexpected circumstances.
